with a blend of tomatoes, onions and basil then roasted. Served with

Grilled Swordfish Fresh swordfish steak flame grilled and topped
with Lime butter. Served with wild rice and haricot verts. $26.99
N.Y. Strip House cut N.Y. strip rubbed with mustard and fresh herbs then
grilled. Topped with a bacon, mushroom and gorgonzola cream sauce.
Served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. $25.99
General Tso’s Chicken Lean Chicken breast, sliced, breaded and fried.
Tossed with carrots, bell peppers, onions, broccoli and sesame seeds in
a sweet and spicy sauce. Served with jasmine rice. $20.99
Scallop Special Fresh sea scallops dusted with cumin and topped with an
onion, sundried tomato and olive puree and finished with panko crumbs,
then baked. Served with wild rice and mixed vegetables. $23.99
Baked Stuffed Pork Chop A succulent porterhouse chop, seasoned then
stuffed with spinach and mozzarella. Flash seared and then finished in
the oven. Topped with a honey-Dijon sauce and paired with mashed
potatoes and grilled asparagus. $22.99
Grilled Salmon Fresh salmon filet rubbed with a spice mix and then grilled
with a honey-bourbon glaze. Served with jasmine rice and mixed veggies. $24.99
