The Spring 2016 edition of Cape Cod Restaurant Week is scheduled for Monday, May 9 through Sunday, May 15.

During Restaurant Week, the best restaurants from Falmouth to Provincetown offer three- and four-course exhibition menus.

Fanizzi’s by the Sea, waterfront dining on Cape Cod Bay, is pleased to participate in Cape Cod Restaurant Week. The menu for this Spring 2016 Restaurant Week will be a choice of:

FIRST COURSE
Salad Special Romaine topped with tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, almonds and goat cheese. Drizzled with a cranberry-pear dressing.

Mixed Field Greens Salad Tossed with sun-dried cranberries, toasted pine nuts, crumbled goat cheese and tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette.

SECOND COURSE
Cod Piccata
dredged in seasoned flour and quickly sautéed to a golden brown and topped with a white wine, caper, butter, and lemon sauce. Served over linguine.

Veal Cutlets
A duo of tender veal cutlets dredged in seasoned flour and pan fried with red onions and tomato. Finished with a roasted red pepper and anchovy sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Cajun Chicken
Twin breasts of lean chicken rubbed with a Cajun spice and seared with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic. Deglazed with white wine and simmered in a sage cream sauce. Served over campanelle.

THIRD COURSE
Black Cherry Cheesecake
A velvety smooth ricotta and cream cheese cake with a graham cracker crust and black cherry swirled throughout.

Homemade Rhubarb Jelly Roll
A house made Rhubarb jelly spread onto an airy angel food cake then rolled. Drizzled with strawberry coulis and served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
